At Mattel Creations Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your limited-edition fashion and collectibles. If your order isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and Australian postcode to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the return.
